What is a Podiatrist?
How can we help?

Podiatrists are the only professionals to exclusively train in foot and ankle pathologies.

Podiatrists care for your feet, skin, and nails.
Receiving regular Podiatry treatments will keep your feet in good working order some feet need treatment every 6 weeks, others only once a year.

The Problem

Problems can arise either through one single direct trauma or as an accumulation of smaller injuries.

Incorrectly fitting footwear can be a significant factor in issues arising.

Or perhaps it is just a struggle to reach down to your toes as easily as it once was.

The Treatment

We can provide treatments for all those niggling foot problems, including:

  • Simple Nail Care
  • Corns & callus, hard skin removal
  • Specialist Diabetic foot care
  • Minor surgery
  • Painful joints (ie bunions)
  • Soft tissue pain (ie tendinopathy)

The Results

Your feet feel better!

Many factors affect how your body may respond to a treatment.
Sometimes your feet will feel the benefit immediately; “I’m walking on air” is a common phrase we hear.
Other treatment plans take longer or need some added work from you and can take some weeks to improve.
Whatever the complaint your podiatrist will guide you through what can be expected from any treatment offered
As well as any long-term changes that may prevent a reoccurrence of the problem.

Our podiatrists are registered with and regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council and members of the Royal College of Podiatry.
